About the role

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facility management of our 3 new Automated Distribution Centres (ADC) in QLD, NSW and VIC.

Based in NSW, this role will oversee the partnership service delivery with our facilities management service provider with a key focus on improving performance & value for the ADC Category, in line with industry best practice.

You will also:

  • Oversees contract execution for sites responsible
  • Monitor performance and report against KPIs.
  • Maintain operational and capital budgets.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues.
  • Manage and support ADC Projects
  • Manage key leadership & business relationships ensuring key deliverables are met

About you and your skills

We're looking for a passionate FM with a background in engineering and/or maintenance, exposure to complex industrial sites (large scale manufacturing or distribution facilities)

You'll also need

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in handling contract delivery and partnerships
  • Technical experience of electrical or mechanical engineering systems preferably with a degree in an engineering related discipline
  • Ability to communicate complex engineering terminology and concepts in a clear, consistent and understandable way to stakeholders
  • Experience managing an FM P&L and building and maintaining capital budgets
