Job Overview:

Ready to lead while excelling? Designer Journeys is seeking an exceptional Senior Travel Concierge & Team Lead to lead our growing team while maintaining their own high-performing enquiry pipeline.

This unique role combines individual sales excellence (70%) with team leadership responsibilities (30%). You'll guide travel agents through our proven methodology while coaching, mentoring and developing our Travel Concierge team.

Senior Travel Concierge Excellence (70%)

• Guide travel agents from enquiry to completed booking using our proven sales methodology

• Achieve exceptional conversion rates through expert relationship-building and problem-solving

• Deliver best-in-class service measured through compliance and agent feedback

• Manage pipeline effectively and contribute optimisation insights

Team Leadership (30%)

• Lead daily check-ins and conduct regular coaching one-on-ones with team members

• Facilitate skills development sessions focusing on methodology application and performance improvement

• Handle complex escalations and provide problem-solving support for challenging enquiries

• Master our onboarding process to train and integrate future new hires

• Mentor team members on best practices and drive continuous improvement

Work Environment:

• Full-time: 9am - 5pm (AEST/AEDT)

• Cremorne office 4 days/week (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri) + Tuesday WFH

• Leadership development and coaching opportunities

• Occasional weekends/additional hours may be required
