Your New Role
In this role, you'll advise a range of property developer clients, as well as retail and commercial property owners, on leasing and broader property matters. You will play a key role in supporting the partner as the practice continues to grow, while also having the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the team's development. This is a chance to enjoy meaningful client contact, diverse matters, and a clear pathway to broaden your leadership profile.

Your Skills Profile
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Significant experience in property law (min 8 years PAE), ideally with exposure to leasing work
- Strong client service skills and commercial acumen
- The ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work autonomously when required
- Meticulous attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills
