Enrolled Nurse

We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to
provide care and support to our residents at Bethanie Subiaco Aged
Care Home. Bethanie Subiaco is a 112 bed luxury facility with an
active social calendar that provides a full range of aged care
services including dementia support.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to
residents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on
learning and safety.

This role is offered on a permanent part time basis,
working 13.5 hours per week across afternoon shifts on Tuesday and
Sunday, 3pm pm.

About You

• Currently registered with the Australian Health
  Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled
  Nurse
• Previous experience in an aged care environment or with
  dementia care is an advantage, but is not essential
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work
  environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability
  to confidently use clinical information systems
• Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The
  Bethanie Group
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply
  for one)

The Role

• Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and
  under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a
  shift basis
• Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all
  documentation is up to date and in accordance with company
  requirements
• Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs
  and wants of residents
• Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  and contributing to teamwork within the workplace
• Participating in ongoing learning and development, both
  individually and as part of a larger team
