**The Position**

**St John of God Subiaco Hospital** is a world-class 578 bed private hospital offering the highest quality medical and surgical care in a warm and welcoming environment.
- To support the hospital’s commitment to ensuring our caregivers deliver quality patient care we are a seeking committed, motivated and enthusiastic anaesthetic trained
- **Enrolled Nurses**,
- **Registered Nurses** or
- **Anaesthetic Technicians** to join our highly professional team in our Short Stay Unit
- You will be responsible for the provision of patient care, with special regards to all types of anaesthesia and maintenance of associated equipment whilst supporting and promoting the Mission and values of St John of God Health Care (SJGHC).
- This position will be offered on a permanent part-time basis, working up to 76 hours per fortnight

**T**
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Certificate IV and/or Diploma Qualification in Anaesthetic Technology and/or Registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse)
- Demonstrated competence in a specialised function, anaesthetics, as classified by the hospital and is actively working in the specified area.
- Demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision and in less stable conditions.
- Obtained additional competencies relevant to the individual workplace.
- Knowledge of standards of practice relevant to position.
- Ability to implement the care plan/care path under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to solve problems, or seek help from appropriate resources.
