The Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Cleaners to join our team at a reputable retail shopping centre. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation, while also providing excellent customer service.

We have full time and part time positions available, with the following rosters:

  • Full time: Monday to Friday, 12:30 AM - 8:06 AM

  • Part time: Friday 12:30 AM - 8:00 AM and Saturday 9:00 PM - 4:30AM

The Person

  • Pleasant & welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner.

  • Proven history of excelling within a dynamic team environment and the ability to work autonomously.

  • A proven eye for detail & accuracy.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Delivery of five star customer service and standards.

  • Outcome focused and standards driven.

  • A great ability to work both autonomously and be part of the team.

  • Must have a current manual driver's licence

  • Must have a current Police Check Certificate

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in operating machinery, including a car park sweeper

  • Client communication and internal communication.

  • Good understanding of Environmental Health & safety management also a commitment to safe working practices.

  • Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays (e.g. work additional shifts to cover sick or annual leave)

This position will be based on award wages and applicants should be available for an immediate start. You may be required to work flexible hours at times, including weekends in accordance with business and client requirements.

  • Must have valid work rights in Australia.
