Full-time Factory Hand Role

As a key member of our manufacturing team, we are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to fill this full-time role.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be physically fit, and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

About the Job
  • Picking and preparing customer orders
  • Assisting with raw material ordering and stock management
  • Assisting in manufacturing and blending chemical products (training provided)
  • Operating filling and packaging equipment
  • Completing local delivery runs as required
  • General warehouse duties, including filling and packaging products
  • Safe operation of machinery and adherence to workplace safety procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
