The Opportunity

We are looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams in a part time capacity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Facilitate the administrative flow of one of our chronic disease management clinics, including processing referrals, scheduling appointments, data entry and facilitating the clinic
  • Assist in the delivery of individual and group programs under the direction of the Allied Health Professional
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team with flexibility to cover in different disciplines
  • Provide administrative support to the Allied Health Team
  • Update and maintain client date on electronic database

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working as an Allied Health Assistant
  • Experience working in Allied Health and/or the community health sector
  • Experience using Trakcare client data management system
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
