Our Employee Value Proposition is "Being a part of Eastern Health means belonging to a welcoming team of healthcare experts."

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Coordinator to support gynaecology and respiratory specialty outpatient clinics to implement the Specific Timely Assessment and Triage (STAT) model through the implementation phase of the Waiting List Evidence to Support Specialist Clinics Research Project (WaitLESS).

The Clinic Coordinator will:

  • Audit and validate waiting lists for gynaecology and respiratory clinics

  • Liaise with patients, carers, and care teams to support smooth clinic entry, management, and discharge

  • Collect accurate health service data.

The incumbent will be required to visit various sites of Eastern Health where the clinics  involved in the study are located, as well as work from 5 Arnold St, Box Hill. Work from home will be considered depending on the project requirements.
