Flex Physio & Massage Pty Ltd is a reputable private practice. We boast a robust referral network with local GPs and specialists, serving patients from all walks of life. Our primary focus is on providing evidence-informed, person-centred physiotherapy management for individuals dealing with musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. Our dedicated team consists of four physiotherapists and one remedial massage therapist. Our practice is centrally located with walking distance to good coffee shop and a short trip to the Esplanade and shopping centres.

The Role:

We are seeking a new Casual Receptionist to perform administrative duties on Wednesdays and Thursdays (5-7 hour shifts) and Friday afternoons (3 hour shifts). There is potential for additional shifts during school holidays and when other staff on leave. The role involves using practice management software (Nookal), handling HICAPS for payment processing, and addressing booking/service enquiries on the phone or emails.

As our Casual Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and first point of contact for our valued patients, ensuring their experience is positive from the moment they walk in (or call).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcome.
  • Managing appointment bookings, patient inquiries and referrals.
  • Handling phone calls and emails efficiently.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception and clinic space.
  • Supporting the physiotherapist and remedial massage therapist with administrative tasks.
