Receptionist - Maven Dental Cairns City

Receptionist role at Maven Dental Cairns City, part of the Abano Healthcare Group. Casual receptionist position in a 6-chair practice with a general anaesthetic facility operating weekly.
Responsibilities- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient inquiries in person and over the phone
- There will be an aspect of dental assisting, on an ad hoc basis as needed
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous
- Experience in D4W software and basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with file keeping and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience Essential: dental reception or other areas of dentistry
