As a Senior Delivery Lead, you'll guide cross-functional digital teams to deliver a strong and evolving product roadmap that drives customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital innovation.

What you'll do

  • Lead agile squads to deliver digital products across web, mobile and enterprise platforms.
  • Facilitate planning, stand-ups, retros and quarterly sessions to keep delivery on track.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering and Design to prioritise backlogs, unblock delivery, and align with business goals.
  • Manage risks, dependencies and third-party partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Champion delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and a culture of collaboration and accountability.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Lead, Agile Delivery Manager or equivalent.
  • Strong background in digital platforms, customer experience tools, or enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with modern stacks (React, Node, AWS).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident working with JIRA, Confluence (or equivalents) to track and report progress.
  • Pragmatic, outcome-oriented leader who can coach, motivate, and foster high-performing teams.
