Job DescriptionCook – Full-Time Contract Location: Café 63 – Logan Central Plaza, QLD Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: Café 63 is one of Queensland's fastest-growing café brands, known for our energetic atmosphere, fresh flowers, and full-service café menus.
We're opening our newest location in Logan Central and are seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The Role: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare and deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced café environment. This is a full-time contract position (38 hours per week) with an initial term of 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items
- Ensuring food quality, portion size, and presentation
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff
- Following all health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
- Relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Excellent communication and work ethic
