Currently searching for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to enhance our brand presence, expand our distribution channels, building strong relationships within the Independent Grocery, HORECA, and QSR sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Effective Planning: Design structured call schedules to optimize coverage, efficiency, and sales performance.
Instore Excellence: Establish merchandising standards, develop point of sale materials, and carry out promotional initiatives to increase visibility and sales.
Opportunity Development: Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities to boost market share.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with our distribution partners to drive growth and discover new leads.
Precision Execution: Use the RSVP framework (Range, Space, Visibility, Price) to ensure high quality execution in every retail outlet.
What you bring
At least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Excellent selling abilities: strong communication, negotiation, and objection management skills.
Proven success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Solid understanding of commercial principles and comfort with trade mathematics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
Confident in presentations and pitches, including cold calling.
