As our Lead Concierge, you'll not only guide customers through their subscription journey, but also lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional experience every time. This is your chance to combine customer service, leadership, and operations in a role where no two days look the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Guide customers through their subscription journey, ensuring it's smooth, simple, and exciting
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Concierge team to deliver outstanding service
  • Drive subscription growth by meeting and exceeding monthly targets
  • Oversee subscription documentation and CRM accuracy
  • Coordinate servicing, detailing, and logistics to keep the fleet in top condition
  • Encourage customer reviews and referrals to boost brand reputation
  • Collaborate with national teams to keep everything running seamlessly

What You'll Bring

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Leadership experience or natural ability to motivate and support a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and basic tech tools
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence
