The Company:The RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Progress claim assistance, external variations, preparation of tender packages.
  • Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contracts.
  • Working closely with Accounts team on Invoicing (Xero software advantageous)
  • Administering RFI's.
  • Preparing contract packages (scopes, procurement and scheduling).
To be Successful:
  • You will be CA with accountability, commitment and excellent client facing communication skills, and have over 3 years plus experience working for a reputable Australian recognised Subcontractor on mixed projects over $1 million. - Scaffolding experience desired but not essential for the role.
  • Have worked for an Australian recognised building sub - contractor in the same role.
  • Degree or diploma qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management.
  • High exposure to scopes of work and picking contracts apart.
  • Experience in contract claims, variations, EOT's and cost planning.
  • Passionate person, with a thirst for a challenge and energy to achieve.
  • Proficient in software packages, ideally Excel, MS suite.
