Civall Solutions Pty Ltd is a civil construction company specialising in water and sewer infrastructure works. From greenfield subdivisions to Tier 1 infrastructure works, we're trusted to deliver critical services that support the retail water authorities and growing urban communities. Based in Tullamarine, our projects are primarily located throughout the Melbourne Urban Growth Corridors.

At Civall, you'll join a hands-on, supportive team that values safety, quality, and teamwork. Working alongside experienced professionals, there will be ongoing opportunities to learn and develop your skills within the industry.

We are looking for Supervisors, Pipelayers and Operators with at least two years' experience in the field.

Key responsibilities:

Supervisors

  • Supervise daily site operations and crews
  • Coordinate on-site resources including people, plant, equipment and materials
  • Liaise with clients and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and safety regulations
  • Company car and phone provided

Pipelayers

  • Installation of water and sewer mains and maintenance works
  • Opportunity to learn plant operating
  • Read and interpret project plans and drawings
  • Working alongside machinery and other crew
  • Maintain site safety, quality and cleanliness

Operators

  • Operate plant and machinery for trenching, backfilling and site preparation
  • Undertaking essential maintenance and pre-start checks on machinery
  • Work closely with supervisors and other crew

Ongoing training is provided.

The candidate must have the following:

  • A Construction White Card
  • A current driver's licence
  • Ability to install water mains
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • A reliable and good attitude

Not essential but preferred:

  • Ability to install sewer mains
  • Trench Safety Awareness
  • Ability to operate backhoe and excavator
  • Completion of MRWA water pipelaying course
  • Completion of MRWA sewer pipelaying course
  • Polywelding certificate
  • Dogman certificate
  • Spotter certificate
