What you'll be doing:

You'll be the heartbeat of Greca's front-of-house operations — leading, mentoring, and inspiring a passionate team to create seamless, memorable dining experiences. From daily service management to long-term planning, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-vibe environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving exceptional guest experiences with warmth and polish
  • Coaching and developing a dynamic team culture that's big on support and low on ego
  • Managing rosters, COGS, supplier relationships, and daily financial reporting
  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Playing an active role in recruitment, training, and performance development
  • Responding to feedback with grace, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in premium casual dining
  • A genuine love for hospitality, great food, and even better people
  • Impeccable attention to detail and guest-first thinking
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on, collaborative style
  • Financial acumen and experience managing operational KPIs
  • A calm, composed presence — even during the busy shifts
