We're looking for:

  • Restaurant Manager – El Camino Chermside: A neon-lit, 220-seat Tex-Mex hotspot serving frozen margaritas and big vibes. Lead a fast-paced team and enjoy career growth, training, and great perks.
  • Restaurant Manager – El Camino South Bank: A two-storey, 510-seat riverside cantina famous for Tex-Mex feasts and legendary cocktails. Manage a vibrant venue with excellent training, incentives, and growth opportunities.

About You

You're an experienced senior hospitality manager who leads from the front, thrives in high-volume venues, and knows how to deliver seamless operations with energy and flair.

You'll bring:

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Venue or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume venue. Skilled in cost control, labour management, budgeting, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Leadership: Confidence managing large teams, bookings, events, and fast-paced service.
  • People Focus: Passion for training, mentoring, and building customer-focused teams.
  • Requirements: Valid RSA certification.
