Our participant requires a mature, experienced female, (participants choice) support worker. Experience is required in complex care/mental health and to be able to provide strategies to lead our participant in a positive direction.

Shifts Availability :

Mon or Thu 9.30am - 2.30pm weekly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Showing initiative and being highly interactive & personable

Creating a positive and engaging experience

Providing positive care & companionship – Supporting clients with their daily activities

Domestic Assistance – Helping with light housekeeping, laundry & maintaining a comfortable, + clean environment

Community Access & Social Support – Encouraging clients to stay active and engaged, taking shopping, and out into the community for positive experiences.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience in the health sector is great, but if you're passionate about caring for others, we still want to hear from you

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Cert III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support (preferred but not essential)

Driver's Licence & insured, reliable vehicle

Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable using smartphones & email for work-related tasks
