We're Hiring: Early Childhood Intervention Specialist

Campbellfield & Melton areas

Unique Traits Community Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Intervention Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting young children with developmental delays and disabilities, and their families, through evidence-based, play-based, and family-centred practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualised early childhood intervention services to children and families.
  • Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to achieve developmental goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies and programs in natural environments (home, kinder, community).
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and contribute to NDIS reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Registration with relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA, SPA, VIT) where applicable.
  • Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Experience in family-centred practice and working with children with developmental delays or disabilities.
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
