Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager at Team Moto Cairns, located in Cairns, QLD. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing the service team, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating service schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Service Manager will also be tasked with managing inventory, parts, and accessories, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in overseeing daily operations of a service department
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Inventory and parts management experience
  • Understanding of motorcycle and automotive service standards
  • Proficiency in using service management software
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of company policies and regulatory compliance
  • Relevant certification or degree in Automotive, Business Management, or related field is advantageous
  • Previous experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is a plus
