The Role

We're looking for a versatile and reliable team member to split their time between:

Gardening & Grounds Maintenance – maintaining gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas across domestic, commercial, and community sites.

Civil Labouring – assisting with civil construction projects, including excavation, concreting, drainage, and roadworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weed control, mowing, hedge trimming, seasonal plant care, and waste disposal
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
  • Operating small tools and equipment
  • Site preparation, excavation, underground works, and concreting
  • Spreading, levelling, and compacting materials
  • Installing road barriers, signage, and environmental controls
  • Following all safety procedures and maintaining PPE standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients when required

About You

  • Current driver's licence (essential)
  • White Card (essential)
  • Gardening or landscaping experience (preferred Not essential)
  • Civil construction/labouring experience (preferred Not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical fitness and problem-solving skills
  • HR Licence, machinery knowledge, or GPS Trimble experience (preferred Not essential)
