We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join our team.

Located in Nowra you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment for numerous clients in the region.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, customer centric and able to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your ability to source and screen candidates effectively providing a high-quality match between job requirements and candidate capabilities will ensue your ongoing success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools, platforms and methods.
  • Write and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media.
  • Proactively source and talent pool candidates for target job families.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.
  • Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
  • Proactively generate leads for new business within target markets and geographies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employment services or in-depth industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, platforms and tools
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for helping people succeed.
