About the role

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Practice Manager who will play a vital role in the smooth running and growth of our practices. This is an opportunity for you to lead our administrative team, streamline daily operations, and deliver exceptional service to our patients.

What you'll be doing

This is a full time position in our Noosa Heads clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clinic communications – phone, email, and welcoming clients.
  • Daily operations – managing clinic flow and supporting team operations. Oversee billing, payments, and Medicare claims
  • Calendar management – optimising bookings and reducing downtime
  • Client retention – following up with lapsed clients and assisting team members with treatment plan bookings
  • Compliance support – assisting with documentation and clinic standards
  • Clinic presentation – maintaining a clean, professional environment
  • Leadership – taking initiative and confidently managing daily operations.
  • Marketing & social media – providing support when needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 12 months experience as a practice manager in general practice/specialist clinic.
  • Confidence using practice management system(Best Practice)
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • A team player attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Availability to work at Noosa Heads location.
  • Knowledge of compliance in the health care industry
  • Knowledge on payroll and HR.
