About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Stylist to join our team at Allure Hair Studio in Noosa Heads, Queensland. As a full-time Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our discerning clientele and contributing to the overall success of the salon.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients
- Offering personalised advice and recommendations to clients on hair care and styling
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Participating in team meetings and collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior stylists to help them develop their skills and expertise
- Actively contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Stylist in a reputable hair salon
- Exceptional haircutting, colouring, and styling skills with a keen eye for detail
- A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Creativity and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow
