About You

  • Hold a current WA "A Grade" Electrical Licence (essential)
  • Trade qualified with additional Instrumentation certification (highly desirable)
  • Over 15 years' hands-on E&I experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or coordination role
  • Strong understanding of mining or heavy industry environments
  • Skilled in QA/QC, stakeholder communication, and safety compliance

The Job Role

  • Coordinate multiple contractor teams across E&I scope of works
  • Act as the key interface between contractors, internal teams, and engineering service providers
  • Ensure compliance with safety legislation and company standards
  • Lead technical governance, risk assessments, and operational support
  • Monitor progress against schedule and budget, managing scope changes and permits
