About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Application Developer to be part of our Application Platform Services, Technology Communication and Services Command team. The Senior Application Developer guides other application developers and leads in the creation of large or complex applications that facilitate the achievement of business outcomes through the use of process and technology.

Target Question 1:
Describe how you personally measured and improved the service delivery capability of your Java or Salesforce delivery team and their ability to support end to end application services in a previous role.

Describe a time you led a plan, defining or maintaining the lifecycle of your teams Java or Salesforce application services aligned to business requirements.
