Salary Package: $125 - $130K + Super

Role highlights: Hands on Senior Financial Accountant role for APAC Region  

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Finance this role is being recruited to replace an internal mover and offers a candidate an excellent opportunity to gain rounded experience in a regional accounting role for a subsidiary of an International business. Furthermore, the business has opportunities to pick up more commercial exposure in the future. This particular role will be key in delivering the Month End Reporting packs to Head Office, as well as being involved in budgeting and forecasting and ad-hoc Financial related projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain exposure in an overseas headquartered business and work within a stable and supportive team.  

Responsibilities

  • APAC region Consolidated Reporting
  • Statutory Accounts preparation, Tax Reporting
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Supporting annual budget preparation
  • Ad-hoc reporting improvement projects

Candidate Profile

The client is looking for someone to take their next step in their Accounting career, typically with a demonstration of progression in their previous roles. Big 4 first movers at Manager level are invited to apply.

This serves as a great opportunity for a CA / CPA Qualified Accountant to pick up a variety of accounting responsibilities. If you have previous exposure to any process or reporting improvement projects this will also be viewed positively as well as prior use of ERP systems eg SAP, Oracle as well as exposure to a reporting tool such as Hyperion.
