  • $36 per hour plus super

Quest Personnel is seeking an experienced and reliable MR Driver to join our clients company in Truganina, VIC 3029. As an MR Driver, you will play a vital role in our road transport operations, delivering goods safely and efficiently to our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration and excellent benefits.

You will be delivering Airconditioning parts and equipment to builders, construction companies and private individuals in Melbourne Metro.  In addition, if you have an LF licence we can use this as well, but it is not essential

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operating medium rigid vehicles and Vans to transport goods to various locations
  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
  • Adhering to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Providing excellent customer service by delivering goods on time and in good condition
  • Maintaining accurate records of delivery and reporting any issues or delays
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles as required

What we're looking for

  • A current Medium Rigid (MR) driver's licence
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Manual Van/MR Driver in the road transport industry
  • A strong understanding of road safety and traffic regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects
  • A reliable and punctual approach to work
