Fleet Allocator

Located in Brisbane seeking an experienced Transport Allocator to join the team. In the role you will be responsible for the coordination of local and country transport.

**Duties & responsibilities include**:

- Planning and allocation of deliveries
- Driver's run sheets/time sheets
- Liaising with customer and drivers
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Creating transport routes based on business and customer needs
- Assist with general admin tasks
- Developing and maintaining relationships and rapport with all staff and drivers

**Experience & skills required**:

- Previous experience as a Transport Allocator
- Knowledge of the Queensland country areas
- Current knowledge of Fatigue rules and regulations
- Ability to effectively plan and organise driver runs
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Driven and passionate about the transport industry

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
