Reception & Car Registration Administrator

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Reception & Car Registration Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role combines front-desk duties with back-end administrative tasks, specifically focusing on vehicle registration processing and customer documentation.

Reception Duties:

• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and delivery personnel professionally

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately

• Maintain a clean and organised reception area

• Support showroom operations and customer appointments when required

Car Registration Duties:

• Prepare and process all vehicle registration documents accurately and on time

• Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g. Service NSW, VicRoads, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with all state regulations for vehicle registration and delivery

• Update and maintain accurate records of registration paperwork and customer files

• Assist in managing registration plates and documentation for both new and used vehicles

General Administration:

• Perform data entry, filing, and other office support functions

• Assist sales and delivery teams with documentation and delivery preparation

• Prepare internal reports as required

• Provide ad-hoc support to management and other departments

• Previous experience in a car dealership, customer service, or administration role

• Familiarity with vehicle registration processes (highly preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
