About the Role

Due to our continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our stonemason and kitchen joinery clients, focusing on maintaining strong existing relationships while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within Sydney's engineered stone industry.

In this role you will:

  • Communicating with our stonemason and kitchen joinery clients
  • Maintaining existing accounts & establishing new business for Unistone
  • Undertake daily client visits
  • Liaise with team members to follow through sales opportunities
  • Report accurately and timely on business activity for your territory
  • Meet & exceed KPI requirements
  • Report to the Sales Manager

To be successful in this role, ideally you will:

  • Have proven sales ability
  • Working in the building industry and in a similar account management role is an advantage
  • Demonstrate success in having achieved sales targets, develop & effectively implement a sales business plan.
  • Work well autonomously with good time management skills
  • Strategic thinker with good organisational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
