Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Counter Sales person specializing in Welding and Industrial Sales, located in Dandenong South. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases and providing expert advice on welding and industrial materials. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and excellent customer experience. This position requires active engagement with both individual customers and businesses to support their welding and industrial needs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, MIG Welding, and general Welding techniques is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Welding Materials and their applications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Previous experience in welding or industrial sales is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service
  • Willingness to learn about new products and technologies in the industry
