STEPS Group Australia is on the lookout for a creative and energetic LLND Trainer to deliver the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program in Casuarina. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a flair for art and craft, a heart for community, and a knack for keeping learners engaged.
What You'll Be Doing
- Run a vibrant Art Class that inspires creativity and confidence
- Support other trainers and assist with Pre-Training Assessments (PTAs)
- Deliver engaging LLND training tailored to adult learners
- Adapt resources to suit individual learning goals and styles
- Build strong relationships with local organisations for referrals
- Promote the SEE Program and collaborate with stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- TAE40110/40116/40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skillset (or willingness to pay for and obtain)
- 100+ hours of adult education experience
- Respect for diversity and Indigenous Australian culture
- Ability to pass a National Police Check and hold a current Driver Licence
