With a strong reputation across New South Wales, we are seeking an experienced Security Manager with proven knowledge in the security industry to lead our dedicated team and continue building strong client partnerships.

The Role

As a Security Manager, you will work closely with respected clients across NSW, ensuring they receive exceptional service and professional security outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in managing site supervisors and officers, preparing portfolio budgets, and driving a culture of safety, performance, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audit assessments and provide training for onsite supervisors and officers
  • Foster a strong safety-first culture across CNP Security's NSW portfolio
  • Maintain and build positive, professional relationships with clients, including regular site visits and meetings
  • Lead by example, mentoring supervisors and security officers across all sites
  • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives across your portfolio
  • Attend monthly supplier and client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts, service agreements, and regulatory obligations
  • Prepare and deliver monthly client reports where required
Qualifications & Skills
  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • Demonstrated security management experience
  • Experience in retail and/or logistics sites (desirable)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to design and execute effective security plans and procedures
  • Knowledge of Work Health & Safety legislation
  • Previous client-facing experience (desirable)
  • Must have full working rights
