About the Role

You'll work closely with the HR Manager supporting daily HR operations, helping with recruitment, employee records, and general admin. This role offers great exposure to various HR functions in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Maintain accurate HR records and files
  • Prepare HR documentation and correspondence
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and events
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

What We're Looking For

  • Recent HR or related degree graduate (or close to completion)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
