Be the face of our administration function Permanent Part-Time weekend opportunity working Friday-Saturday-Sunday, based in Toongabbie.

About the job opportunity:

  • Based @ Toongabbie Terrace Care Community
  • Part-Time hours, Friday-Sunday 9am-5pm
  • Receptionist / Customer Support function

Role responsibilities:

  • Assist with rostering for all team in the Care Community
  • Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
  • Assisting with client services, tours and general enquiries
  • Reception and other administration duties where required
