We are a small, well-established private psychology practice located in Southport, dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care and professional support to our clients. Our team of experienced psychologists offers a range of evidence-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults in a warm, supportive environment.

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately hours per week). Flexibility in availability is essential to cover holiday or leave requirements for other administrative staff. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our practice.

We are seeking a receptionist with excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of motivation, strong organisational ability, self-initiative, and sound administration skills. You will need to be versatile in your approach and willing to assist with minor cleaning and tidying to help keep the practice well presented. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is essential. Social media and marketing skills would be looked upon favourably.

Previous administration/reception experience gained in a similar administration/reception role is essential.
