ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Spray Painter to join our team. This role involves preparing surfaces and applying protective or decorative coatings to a variety of metal and structural components used in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or applying primers
  • Apply paint or coatings using spray guns or other application methods
  • Ensure even coverage and high-quality finishes in line with specifications
  • Mix paints and coatings to required consistencies and colours
  • Maintain and clean spray equipment and work area
  • Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an industrial spray painter (trade qualification preferred)
  • Knowledge of different coating systems and paint types
  • Familiarity with safety practices, including PPE and ventilation requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
