With a strong local presence across Australia and New Zealand, they specialise in helping companies in manufacturing, distribution and professional services optimise their Finance & Operations systems. In this role, you'll focus on growing new business and building trusted partnerships with Small and Medium Corporates across Australia, backed by the resources and reputation of a global leader.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll drive ERP Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations business development, managing the full sales cycle and building strong relationships with Small and Medium Corporates (SMC) and Unmanaged accounts across Australia. You'll work side by side with Microsoft sellers and stakeholders, while proactively identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage all phases of the ERP sales cycle.
  • Lead consultative client meetings and tailor solutions to business needs.
  • Execute strategic account plans to secure new clients.
  • Partner with marketing and BDM teams on lead generation initiatives.
  • Respond to RFPs and negotiate deals through to close.
  • Strengthen relationships with Microsoft and other key partners.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years in B2B consultative sales, ideally within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, especially Finance & Operations.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Microsoft solution selling.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
