At Solid Holistic Care (SHC), we believe in empowering people to live independently, confidently, and with dignity. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality, person-centered support across our disability services.
About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of our disability support programs. You will provide leadership to a team of Coordinators, ensuring services align with NDIS standards, organisational values, and participant goals.
You'll work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure smooth service delivery, promote a positive culture, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support Coordinators to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
- Oversee program operations, compliance, and reporting.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold SHC's values in every aspect of service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and participant engagement visits.
About You
You are a confident leader with a deep understanding of the disability sector and the NDIS framework. You thrive in a collaborative environment, are highly organised, and bring strong communication and problem-solving skills to the role.
You'll also have:
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Community Services (or working towards it).
- 5+ years' experience in disability or community services.
- Strong understanding of NDIS operations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Current First Aid, Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, and WWCC.
