About Us:

We're a growing food brand with a strong online presence, known for our flavour, fire, and loyal community. We're after a creative and organised Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to take our content and campaigns to the next level. If you live and breathe socials, understand food culture, and love getting behind (and in front of) the camera – we want you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Social Media & Content:
  • Upload daily stories and posts across Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
  • Film and post organic, raw content in-store at least once a week
  • Maintain brand tone and respond to trends in real-time
  • Coordinate with outsourced teams handling our professional content
  • Marketing & Campaigns:
  • Create and manage promotions, activations and seasonal campaigns
  • Track and report on engagement, reach and campaign success
  • Bring fresh, cheeky ideas that align with our brand vibe
  • Influencer/PR Management:
  • Identify and reach out to relevant influencers
  • Organize and send PR packages
  • Manage relationships and track ROI on collaborations

Work Setup:

  • Most work can be done from home
  • Must be available to come to our locations 2 - 3 times per week for content shoots
  • Office space available if needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Sydney-based
  • Experience managing social media accounts (especially food or lifestyle brands)
  • Confident with shooting/editing content on iPhone (basic editing only – we outsource pro stuff)
  • Creative, organised, and responsive to trends
  • Strong communicator with a love for food and community engagement
