Caffe Cherry Beans leads the coffee business in Australia and has more than 47 cafes across the nation and one in Singapore.

We are currently looking for a Part-time Social Media & Admin Support to work at our head office in Rydalmere NSW.

Your role will be supporting the team to ensure the business operate smoothly

Duties as follows

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Communication with franchisees, supplier
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity online
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community
  • Track analytics and generate reports on social media performance
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and collaborations
  • Stay up to date with trends and emerging platforms to optimize content strategy
  • Design simple graphics or visuals using Canva or similar tools
  • Assist with website updates, newsletters, and online advertising
  • Report to the General Manager with specific tasks and occasional projects

About You

  • Strong in communication, both written and verbal
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) , AI , Photoshop
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to prioritise competing demands
  • At least 2 years of admin experience
  • A positive, proactive attitude and professional approach to all matters
  • Exposure to business administration an advantage

Preferred

  • Driver's license
  • Resume/ CV provided
  • 2-3 days part time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
