At Advantage Sports & Leisure, we've been designing and building sports and recreation facilities for over 38 years. From playgrounds to tennis courts, we create spaces that bring people together. We're a hands-on, supportive team that values quality, relationships, and doing things the right way.

We're looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator to join our Cairns team. This is a varied role where you'll manage small-scale synthetic grass and commercial projects from first client inquiry through to successful handover. If you enjoy a mix of sales, project management, and on-site supervision—and like seeing your work come to life—you'll thrive here.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients: handling inquiries, site visits, and preparing quotes.
  • Coordinate projects end-to-end: scheduling works, ordering materials, and liaising with subcontractors.
  • Oversee on-site delivery: supervising works, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong client relationships, represent ASL at events, and follow up to ensure every project ends on a high note.

What we're looking for:

  • A practical, organised person who enjoys variety and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, suppliers, and site crews.
  • Experience in sales, construction coordination, or project delivery (synthetic grass/sport surfaces experience a bonus, but not essential).
  • A valid driver's license and ability to do site visits.
