We are looking for experienced Underground Mine Surveyors for multiple roles, to assist our Tier 1 Clients in WA & SA. The roles are 8/6 rosters, with FIFO from Perth, Melbourne & Adelaide on offer.

The roles involve supporting active underground operations in WA & SA.

Working with an established technical services team, you will assist with day to day support to enable smooth operations with regards to mine planning and execution support.

All travel time and costs, as well as accommodation will be covered, ensuring you are not out of pocket for any expenses, alongside Prime Mining's industry leading remuneration.

Duties include:

• Assist with survey data capture and updating of databases.
• Surveys of underground/surface operations using drones, and processing flights.
• Collaborate with the geology and mine production teams to coordinate and implement project work for the survey team on daily, weekly, and longer-term bases.
• Plan and execute underground development heading set-out and face mark-ups, monitoring, end-of-month surveys, and associated computation, processing, and reporting.
• Survey and calculate volumes of material for reporting, including surveys, volumes & reconciliations.
• Setting out and marking up production drill plans ahead of the drill schedule.
• Ensuring survey data integrity and calculations comply with mine plans.

• A tertiary qualification in Surveying.
• Strong use of Deswik CAD & other survey CAD packages.
• Located in Perth, Melbourne or Adelaide.
• You have previous practical experience in underground mining in Australia and an established understanding of mining operations.
• Current Australian drivers licence.
• Have exceptional and professional communication skills to engage and influence other personnel within the business.
• Have excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
• Have an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
