About Us

Prime Stockfeed is a family owned FeedSafe accredited agribusiness with more than 20 years' experience supplying feed to Victorian farmers. Built upon pride, passion, and consistency to ensure our client's livestock never go without feed, we produce high quality stockfeed that has been developed using our own livestock and nutritional knowledge.

The Role

Oversee all aspects of goods handling, from receipt to dispatch, while ensuring safety and efficiency. Accurately manage pre-mix processes and systems to meet client needs and productivity goals. This is a full-time position; however, we are open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate.

Work Environment

The work environment can be noisy, hot, and dusty where work entails lifting heavy loads, standing, bending, crouching and/or climbing. Workers must be aware of accreditation, safety and/or health regulations and wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the workplace.

Areas of responsibility

• Monitor product quantity and quality in line with FeedSafe requirements.

• Manage the warehouse safely and efficiently using FIFO principles and logistics, clear stock identification, and rejected stock processes.

• Support the production team to achieve targets and KPIs.

• Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and organized, and promote housekeeping procedures. Report preventative maintenance needs.

• Champion and support the company's zero harm culture and take reasonable care to protect the health and safety of others.

• Comply with environmental regulations and law, including the disposal of effluent and waste.

• Perform other duties as directed by the Production Manager or Mill Manager.

What we look for?

• Previous feed-milling operational experience would be an advantage.
