Bolt + Buckle by Indepal is a growing men's lifestyle brand.  We are known for creating a relaxed and laid-back shopping experience,  and for high quality fashion, gifting and leather products for the guys.   Our mission is to support men in "crafting their story" - their look, their style, and simply to create a great shopping experience.  We have stores in Brisbane Arcade,   Murwillumbah (the heart of Northern Rivers NSW) and soon to be a 3rd.  

"Indepal" (our leather goods brand) started at the Powerhouse markets 14 years ago.  After 9 years and significant growth in Brisbane Arcade , we have expanded from leather goods into a unique fashion and gifting store holding brands such as John Lennon, A Fish Named Fred, Bugatti, Boston, Mr Simple, NN07, Ferricini, Brixton, Will &Bear, and many more.

Your new role

Working in a unique leather goods, men's fashion and gift store, you will enjoy our client base, be part of a team highly passionate about the brand and excellence in the customer experience, and have the opportunity to display your creative skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Retail assistant  2 to 3 days per week (flexible)
  • Support the team in excelling in customer experience
  • Stock management, receiving and transferring goods, labelling
  • Support with visual merchandising
  • Collaborating with the office manager and other stores

What you'll need to succeed

  • A can-do, positive attitude with determination to succeed
  • A love for meeting people, enjoying conversation and providing the ultimate in customer experience
  • An attention to detail and an organised approach
  • A solid understanding of the retail environment and merchandising
  • A good balance of enjoying working in a team and independently
  • Strong communication skills

Non essential skills that would be viewed favourably:

  • Ability to use microsoft Excel, Word, and use of Google documents
  • Use of Retail Express
