About Role

We're looking for an Assistant Manager who enjoys being part of a close knit team and creating meaningful experiences for customers. This role is hands-on and varied. Perfect for someone who takes pride in presentation, is comfortable supporting daily operations, and feels confident guiding a team toward shared goals. You'll have the chance to make a real impact by bringing energy, care, and initiative into the store every day.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
  • A natural ability to build genuine connections with customers
  • Confident using POS systems and store technology
  • Comfortable contributing to set up, pack down, and day-to-day store presentation
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic andf supportive approach
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge with others
