Remote Salon Receptionist – Gold Coast (Contractor Role)

Lashed Up & Beauty, a leading lash & brow salon on the northern Gold Coast, is looking for a reliable and professional Remote Salon Receptionist to manage our phone and bookings from home.

This is a contractor role for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent phone manners, and the confidence to enforce salon policies. If you already know a thing or two about eyelash extensions and brow services, even better.

The Role

  • Answer incoming calls during salon hours (Mon–Wed & Fri 9am–5pm, Thu 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–5pm).
  • Manage our booking system: schedule, rebook, and adjust appointments as needed.
  • Follow up on appointment confirmations, late clients, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and products.
  • Enforce our cancellation and no-show policies politely but firmly.

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service experience (phone based experience preferred).
  • Confident, friendly communication style.
  • Organised and able to manage bookings efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently from home.
  • Ideally, knowledge of lash & brow services.
  • Must be based in the Gold Coast area for occasional in person requirements.

The Details

  • Contractor role — $33/hr.
  • Paid on a 3-hour-per-day basis (workload varies, actual time spent may be less).
  • Salon phone provided.
  • 6 days a week (Mon–Sat).
